Please read this carefully before placing your order. 

Your order is not fully placed until full payment is received. We accept both E-transfer and cash. Once you have submitted your custom cookie order form, please allow for up to 2 business days for a response. An email will be sent to you confirming the details as well as the payment information. 

Our cookies are not made in an allergy free environment. Please note that our cookies are made with common baking ingredients such as butter, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, etc. We do try to avoid allergens in the production such as peanuts, tree nuts and shellfish however there is no guarantee that there are no traces of them. 

As for the design, inspiration photos may used in order to confirm the concept however we are entitled to use our own artisanal creativity and freedom. We reserve the right to inform customers of appropriate suggestions at our discretion as long as it falls under the original theme. Inspiration photos of colours can be used however we cannot guarantee that the colours will match the photos. In addition, colours may not match what you have envisioned however we will try our best to get as close to them as possible.

For the case of a cancellation made by the client, there will be no refunds or exchanges for the customer. We do not offer store credit for potential future orders. 

For the case of an emergency cancellation from the staff of Confectionery Magic a full refund will be due to the customer 1 week prior to the placed order. 

For pickup, custom sugar cookie orders will be available for pickup on Friday and Saturday from 8am. Please note that if cookies are not picked up during this time cookies will be kept for an additional 4 days before they are discarded. If this pickup time does not work for you please let us know in the additional comment section and/or contact us directly. There is a maximum of 2 pickup attempts that can be made. We are located near the intersection of Regional Road 25 and Louis St Laurent in Milton. The specific address will be given out only when your order is confirmed. In the case that you are late for pickup we have the right to administer a late pickup fee. To refrain from being charged we ask that you aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before pickup time.

For delivery orders, we offer to deliver them only within the GTA and surrounding areas. Delivery orders have a surcharge due to current changes within the economy. Pricing will be discussed when your order has been confirmed. One attempt will be made for the delivery. You will be contacted when we are on the way to deliver your order. If you are not at your chosen location or have decided to alter the delivery location, there will be an extra charge. In the case that the delivery cannot be fulfilled the cookies will remain at our location for a maximum of 4 days or the customer must pay for another delivery. During this time, we will try to arrange a pick-up time within the specified availability. If the order has not been collected after this time, the cookies will be discarded at our discretion. 

In the case of damage during the pickup or delivery process, there will be no refunds, exchanges or returns. We are not responsible for the condition of the cookies after they leave our bakery. 

We reserve the right to photograph or take videos of finished custom cookie orders on our social media pages and website.
